...It CHANGED HIS LIFE!
For years, Tom never gave much thought to his memory.
Like many people, he occasionally forgot why he walked into a room, misplaced everyday items, or lost his train of thought during conversations.
At first, he laughed about it.
"So this is just part of getting older," he would say.
His doctor encouraged him to stay physically active, eat well, sleep enough, and keep his mind engaged—all sensible advice that Tom appreciated.
Still, he remained curious.
"Was there anything new researchers were exploring?"
While reading about brain health, Tom came across a presentation by Dr. Brian Johnson discussing an unusual idea involving sound frequencies and brain activity.
He had never heard anything quite like it.
He wasn't looking for a shortcut…
He simply wanted to understand why thousands of people were talking about it.
So he watched the entire presentation.
When it was over, he learned how memory protein weakens with aging.
...today he wished he knew about it sooner.
"It's funny how before I could remember my wedding day, but not where I left my glasses," he said.
"Now the tiny details don't slip anymore."
All it took was 17 short minutes for this special frequency to increase by BDNF by a significant margin.
Tom had almost closed the presentation after the first few minutes.
He's glad he didn't.
